1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the New Moon Sport Fishing website and platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

New Moon Sport Fishing provides a marketplace that connects customers with fishing charter captains. We facilitate discovery, booking requests, and payments. The actual charter service is provided by independent captains; we are not the operator of the vessels or the provider of the fishing trip.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts to use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a booking.

4. Bookings and Payments

Booking requests are subject to captain acceptance. Payment is collected after the captain accepts, in accordance with our checkout and payment flow. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

You agree to pay all fees associated with your booking, including any applicable taxes. Chargebacks or disputed payments may result in suspension of your account.

5. Conduct and Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform for any illegal purpose, to misrepresent your identity, to harass captains or other users, or to circumvent our booking or payment systems. Captains must comply with applicable laws, hold required licenses, and provide charters as described. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for the actions of captains, weather, sea conditions, or the quality of any charter. Your participation in a fishing charter is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions, please use our Contact page.
